10. Cancellation Terms

a) Service Cancellation - 30-day written notice required for service cancellation - Notice must be sent to info@topgunmg.com - All active marketing campaigns will be completed through the notice period - Access to Wingman CRM and marketing materials will be maintained through the notice period

b) Partnership Termination - No long-term contracts or exclusivity agreements required - Partners may terminate the relationship with 30-day notice - All override arrangements will be honored for business written during the partnership

11. Refund Policy

a) Marketing Services - Custom marketing materials and completed services are non-refundable - Pro-rated refunds available for prepaid services not yet rendered - Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval

b) Training Events - Full refund available up to 14 days before the event - 50% refund available 7-13 days before the event - No refunds available within 7 days of the event - Transferable to another advisor within your organization

12. Intellectual Property Upon Cancellation - All content created by Top Gun Marketing remains our intellectual property - Usage rights for marketing materials expire upon partnership termination - Clients must cease use of provided materials after the termination date

13. Data and Information - Client data will be securely transferred back to the advisor - CRM data will be available for export for 30 days after termination - All sensitive information will be securely deleted after 60 days

14. Outstanding Payments - Any outstanding override payments will be processed according to normal schedule - Final commission payments will be reconciled within 60 days of termination

15. Post-Cancellation Support - Basic transition support provided for 30 days after termination - Access to historical campaign data maintained for 60 days - Technical support for data migration available upon request
